Teacup Agility
Lark and I will be running open sessions of teacup agility in Livestock Building #2 (Bozeman Fairgrounds) every Sat. afternoon, starting December 8th and running thru Jan. 26th! Classes will be from 12:00 (noon) to 2:30PM. This session is for all those who have dogs competing either at fun matches or in trials which are less then 17" at the shoulder. (ie. Belle and Rasta will be among the 'big dogs' of this group!)
Cost for these sessions will be $70 for all eight sessions, or $10 per week.
Either Lark or I (or both!) will be available to help introduce your dogs to the smaller equipment, but the expectation will be that the dogs have previously been trained on all agility equipment. If you have a dog that has little or no training, and you are interested in tea cup agility, I offer private and small group lessons. Flyball Classes
Additionally, I am offering flyball lessons on Sat. afternoons from 3:00pm until we are done. I'm hoping to get a competition team ready for the spring tournaments. Those that are looking to be on a flyball team, want to build drive in your dog and/or some forward distance work, flyball is just for you! I have a 'teacup'/demo team of mini daschunds and a couple of corgis that are looking for one or two more members, so this might be a fun thing for you teacup enthusiasts!! We use lower jumps and shorter spacing then the competation teams, and the little dogs think it's great!!! Hope to see you 'in the barn' on our wintery Saturday afternoons, it should be a fun way to spend the inclement weather. Come dressed warm, and bring crates with warm blankets for the dogs. The barn is not heated, but we will be out of the weather and there are some small heaters you can gather around between rounds of running.
